They have addressed all repairs promptly and responded to all of my issues regarding safety of the property. You know you are in good hands when your property manager is willing to call you back on a Sunday afternoon when he's out with his family. It is especially reassuring to know that the ACL employees are all based out of the Hayward/San Leandro area so you know they are not only looking out for your best interest but also are members of the local community.
